No gluten-free bread? No problem!

I understand that gluten-free bread can be hard to come by. They are usually more expensive than regular bread and difficult to find in store. And the worst? They often have terrible crumbly texture. The worst thing you want to see is a beautifully constructed sandwich just crumbles before even taking the first bite.

With sweet potato toasts, it is a great gluten-free sandwich bread alternative because it is:

  • highly available
  • affordable (cheap!!)
  • paleo
  • vegan and vegetarian
  • nutritious with vitamin A and dietary fiber
  • easy to prepare: minimal equipment and time needed
  • tastes toasty and sweet!
